Cookies Policy
This Cookies Policy explains how arxsetup.ae uses cookies and similar tracking technologies. It should be read together with our Privacy Notice.
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your device. Cookies allow a website to recognise your device, remember preferences, and (in many websites) build behavioural profiles for analytics or advertising. Similar technologies include pixels, local storage and session storage.
2. Our position
ArxSetup uses only strictly necessary cookies. We do not deploy any third-party analytics cookies (no Google Analytics, no Plausible, no Matomo), advertising cookies (no Facebook Pixel, no Google Ads tag, no LinkedIn Insight), behavioural-profiling cookies, social-media tracking pixels, A/B-testing cookies or fingerprinting technologies. We do not sell, share or monetise any visitor data.

Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent under UAE PDPL or EU GDPR ePrivacy guidance because they are essential for the proper functioning of the site.
4. Local storage and browser caches
The browser may cache static assets (CSS stylesheets, fonts, SVG icons) for performance. This caching is not used for tracking and contains no personal data.
5. Server logs
Our hosting platform (Cloudflare Pages) generates server logs for each visit containing IP address, request path, HTTP status code, user-agent string, referrer header and timestamp. These logs are retained for ninety (90) days, used only for security, abuse-prevention and capacity planning, and are not used to build profiles of individual visitors. See section 7 of our Privacy Notice.
6. Embedded third-party content
We do not embed third-party widgets, social-media buttons, video players or other third-party content that would set cookies on the visitor's browser. The only outbound network requests our pages make are to fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com for the Inter and Cormorant Garamond webfonts; Google may log the IP address of the requesting device for the duration required to serve the font. We are reviewing self-hosting of fonts to eliminate this dependency.
7. AI-assistant crawlers (llms.txt)
This website publishes llms.txt and llms-full.txt at the root for AI assistant crawlers (including GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Google-Extended and others) to consume. These files contain no personal data of visitors and do not involve cookies.
8. Managing cookies
You can configure your browser to refuse cookies, to alert you when a website attempts to set a cookie, or to delete cookies after each session. Because our site uses only strictly necessary cookies, blocking them may impair functionality (for example, the enquiry form may not work).

9. Changes
If we introduce any additional cookies, this Cookies Policy and our Privacy Notice will be updated and a consent banner will be deployed where consent is required under applicable law before the cookies are set.
